- Good knowledge of how to manage a kitchen. -Excellent English as we will be using it a lot. - We do not require a lot of experience, just that you have worked in a professional kitchen for some time. - We prefer of course those who have worked in a hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen. -Food quality control and process flow. -Cooking an easy and well-known popular dish in my restaurant. -Good knowledge of the types and quality of raw materials (peppers, chicken, rice, spices in general). -Knowledge of food storage methods and avoiding spoilage or food poisoning. - Openness to innovating new dishes that suit the local market
