Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently transport customers to their destinations. Adhere to all UAE traffic laws and regulations. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable ride. Utilize company-provided mobile apps for trip management. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle. Work diligently to maximize daily trips and earnings. Salary & Benefits Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000+ INR (Earnings are effort-based) Commission Structure: Up to 45% of the daily trip value. Daily Earning Potential: Up to 625 AED/day translates to a 45% commission for the driver. Initial Support: The company provides 500 AED + Accommodation until you obtain your UAE Driver's License. A deduction of 500 AED per month will be made from the salary to cover the UAE license cost, starting from the beginning of your employment. Additional Benefits: Company-provided Accommodation.
