Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a efficient workflow. Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly. (For Supervisory roles like Chargehand) Oversee a team of helpers and technicians. Eligibility & Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Facility Management or Construction field. Age Limit: Up to 40 years. Technical knowledge and hands-on skills in your respective trade. Ability to work 8 hours per day plus overtime as required.
