1. CNC OPERATOR – TOOL & DIE MAKING Operate and set CNC machines for tool and die manufacturing. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Perform machine setup, tool changes, and dimensional measurements. Ensure accurate production as per required quality standards. Identify and resolve basic machining and tooling issues. Maintain workplace safety and machine cleanliness. 2. QUALITY CONTROL PROFESSIONAL Inspect manufactured components according to quality standards. Check dimensions, tolerances, and product specifications. Use measuring instruments and inspection equipment. Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain records. Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective action. Ensure products meet required quality and customer specifications. 3. METROLOGY ASSISTANT Assist with dimensional inspection and measurement activities. Operate and maintain basic metrology and measuring equipment. Perform accurate measurements of components and parts. Record inspection results and maintain measurement documentation. Support the quality control team during inspections.
