- Candidate must have knowledge of reactors, furnaces, columns, vessels, Exchangers, Fin fan pipelines, valves, tanks, insulation, refractory, scaffolding, painting, and blasting - Hands-on experience in planning, high-pressure water jetting, rigging, NDT, hot jobs, QA/QC documentation, and manpower handling at site - Strong understanding of shutdown planning, execution, and management methodologies - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) - Strong problem-solving, client-facing and relationship management abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure
