Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics. Hands-on experience with bakery, chocolate, or confectionery machinery (highly preferred). Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics and troubleshoot efficiently. A practical, team-oriented professional with clear communication skills.
