Key Openings: Chargehand Roles: Steel, Mason, Carpenter, Scaffolder, Logistic Skilled Trades: Steel Fixer, Block Mason, Concrete Mason, Skilled Carpenter Successful candidates will be responsible for leading and executing various construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting project deadlines under the supervision of foremen and managers. Key Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the respective trade (Steel Fixing, Masonry, Carpentry, Scaffolding, etc.). For Chargehand roles: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is required. Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans is preferred. Strong understanding of safety procedures on a construction site. Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
