Available Vacancies & Key Responsibilities: # Job Category Salary (AED) Key Responsibilities 1 HVAC Pipe Fitter 1700 - 2200 Installation & maintenance of chilled water pipelines and HVAC ducting systems. 2 HVAC Technician (CHW Insulation) 1700 - 2200 Specialized application and maintenance of insulation on chilled water piping systems. 3 Plumber 1400 - 1800 Installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and drainage systems. 4 Fountain Pump Technician 1600 - 2200 Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical/electrical systems for water features and fountains. 5 Pump Technician 1600 - 2200 Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical pump systems. 6 ELV Technician 1400 - 1800 Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low-voltage systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms). 7 Wall Art Painter 2000 - 2500 Applying paint, varnishes, and coatings to walls, buildings, and structures. 8 Decorative & Mural Artist 2000 - 2500 Creating large-scale artworks or applying specialized decorative finishes on surfaces.
