ASSISTANT OPERATOR Qualification: High School / Diploma Salary: SAR 1,800–1,900 Experience: 2–4 years in food/poultry processing or manufacturing Key Skills: Operate/monitor poultry processing lines Equipment start-up/shutdown Production monitoring HACCP/GMP, food safety & hygiene 3. SENIOR MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Salary: SAR 3,000–3,100 Experience: 2–4 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably poultry/slaughterhouse Key Skills: Machinery repair/replacement Preventive maintenance and efficient machinery operation 4.
