We are Hiring FOr UAE (Larsen & Tourbo Project) Position : Desktop Support Engineer / IT Engineer Location : Sharjah , UAE Requirement: Experience: 3–7 years Provide end-user IT support, including desktop, laptop, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Support internet and local network connectivity issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and user access. Coordinate with remote/back-end support team (Mumbai) for issue resolution. Support conference room devices during meetings. Raise service tickets with OEMs (HP / Dell) for onsite support. Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, and software licenses. Configure, prepare, and issue laptops to employees. Strong knowledge of Windows environments and diagnostics. Good communication and ticket management skills. Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
