This is a commission-based role where your effort directly translates to your income—drive more, earn more! Key Responsibilities: Safely operate taxi vehicles in Dubai. Provide excellent customer service to passengers. Maximize daily trips to achieve higher commission earnings. Adhere to all UAE traffic rules and regulations. Earnings & Benefits: High Commission-Based Salary: Earn ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 and above monthly. Your income is unlimited based on your performance. Top Commission up to 45%: Earn a commission rate based on daily trip value, with potential earnings up to 45% on 625 AED/day. Company Support: Advance of 500 AED provided until you obtain your UAE driver's license. Company-provided Accommodation, Transportation, and Medical Insurance. Additional Note: A monthly deduction of 500 AED will be made from your salary for the UAE license processing, starting from the beginning of your employment. Requirements: Age: 21 to 35 years. Driving License: Valid or expired India, UAE, or any GCC country license accepted. (India license is acceptable for application). Language: Good communication skills in English (Read, Write, and Speak). Duty Hours: 12 hours per day. Willingness to complete necessary procedures: GAMCA Medical and Visa Stamping are the candidate's responsibility.
