Open Vacancies & Salary (in AED): Chargehand (Steel/Mason/Scarpenter/Logistic) - AED 1200 - 1400 Steel Fixer - AED 1000 - 1100 Block Mason - AED 1000 - 1100 Concrete Mason - AED 1000 - 1100 Scaffolder - AED 1000 - 1100 (S. Carpenter) - AED 1000 - 1100 Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role) Steel Fixer: Cut, bend, and install steel rebars and meshes for concrete structures as per engineering drawings. Block Mason/Concrete Mason: Lay blocks, mix mortar, plaster surfaces, and perform concrete finishing work to high-quality standards. Scaffolder: Erect, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures to ensure a safe working platform for all trades. Skilled Carpenter: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, formwork, and fixtures on the construction site. Chargehand: Supervise a team of workers, assign tasks, ensure work quality and safety protocols, and coordinate with site managers.
